Yes I Can!

The Yes I Can! site is designed to help general education teachers feel confident and capable when planning to have a blind or low vision student in their class and enhancing their skills at creating accessible digital content. This resource is great for general education teachers who:

are preparing for a student in their class who is blind or has low vision,

want to be more inclusive by creating and providing digital content that is more accessible and universal for all students, and/or

want a safe space to learn and practice new skills.

The site is under construction but will include video tutorials, sample inaccessible and accessible documents, and video demonstrations showing what happens when a digital document is inaccessible versus accessible. The goal is to spread the message of how important it is to create digital content that is born accessible from the beginning.
